Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you have up to24 hours after placing your order torequest a cancel or modification (suchas an address correction or itemchange). After this window, the orderenters processing and can no longer bealtered.
Shipping Protection
If you selected Shipping Protection atcheckout, your package will be eligiblefor a free reshipment in the event it isconfirmed lost in transit. Claims must besubmitted within 7 days of the estimateddelivery window.
Lost / Missing Packages
My Dr Melaxin is not responsible forpackages lost due to incorrect orincomplete shipping addresses enteredby the customer. Please double-check allshipping details before finalizing yourorder. If a shipping error is made on ourpart, we will take full responsibility andreship your order at no cost.
Customs & Duties
Customers are solely responsible for anycustoms fees, import taxes, or dutiesimposed by their country. By placing anorder, you acknowledge that yourpackage may incur such fees uponarrival. We do not issue refunds forpackages refused or returned due tounpaid customs charges.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number viaemail once your order ships. Please allow2-5 business days for tracking to beginupdating. Occasionally, tracking updatesmay be delayed or incomplete - this isnormal and does not indicate a problemwith your shipment.
Tracking Status:"No Information" or"Failure”
If your tracking status shows "NoInformation Available" after 5 businessdays, please contact us atIf your tracking shows "Failure”, this is aknown bug with the Shop app - yourorder is not affected.
